tried out two separate recipes today both turned out just a little bit unexpected. dorayaki - i added too much bicarb soda. XD
earl grey tea muffins - i think i need to use regular flour, that gluten flour didn't turn out like it should have i think, and i need more moisture in it...

off to delve into more japanese history. -____-"
